CEO & Director of Sales
Veronica Michael
Veronica is Prairie Products’ fearless CEO and Director of Sales. She is also a leader, community and business strategist, fundraiser, and entrepreneur with expertise in business development and directing clients and staff towards successful goal completion through strategic planning, management and targeted mentorship. She has extensive experience in higher education, non-profit, people management, and entrepreneurship. She is passionate about helping build a safe, healthy, and vibrant agricultural hemp economy in North Dakota. In her free time, Veronica spends her time sewing, gardening, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Production Manager
Mackenzie Kouba
Mackenzie is a force of nature and a Jill of all trades. She manages all of Prairie Product's production. Her strength and task fluency come from an eclectic background that expands from art to manufacturing. There is literally nothing that she hasn't yet proven able to do. Not only does she make things happen, she's a talented painter and artist and has held multiple exhibitions over the years. Outside of work, you'll find Mackenzie in her studio painting, hanging out with her cats or going on adventures with her friends and family.
Production Assistant
Vaughn Priewe
Vaughn is an exceptional communicator with extensive work experience in the supplement industry, customer service, project coordination and staying calm under pressure. He brings his attention to detail, passion for quality products and strong cooperative talents to the production team. When he's not at work, you'll find him in his yard gardening, singing in his car, hanging out with his cat, or spending time with his family and friends.
